Objectives
The aim of this paper is to enable the student to understand the place of the library in society, showing growing need and role of Library Services to meet the demands of the people. And to provide some broad ideas about modern information technology and library automation techniques for scientific library and information services.
There are two groups in this paper Group A Library and Society Group B Information Technology. Students should have to attempt five questions selecting at least two questions from each group. Separate answer copy should be used for attempting the questions from each group.
